Well I am trying to finish this year out strong and today in church I feel like I had a good day. (:

Only a couple more days left in the year!
So tonight I was chatting it up with an Uncle of mine who teaches art at a high school in Las Vegas and we were talking about how important it was to draw everyday and I realized I do draw everyday. AND even if I don't consider this stuff I am posting to be my best stuff I still want to share. Plus I have some funny stuff for sharing today.

This first one is a Pirate!!! (:

These next ones are a series of that game played where you fold your paper in half and one person draws the top and the other person draws the bottom!

I totally didn't get any drawings done today worth showing. I am working on a logo design for a friend, but I think he would like that to stay confidential. Here is the good news. I am still making a post today. My sister didn't throw my napkin drawing away. She ripped off the half that had my quick dinner sketch on it. of the Astronaut. So here it is. (:

Christmas With Spencer

Merry Christmas everyone! 

Ok, in all honesty the only real sketch I did today was on a napkin while we ate out at Beto's! (only place open on Christmas I guess) But my sister blew her nose on that napkin before I could remember to snap a picture of it with my phone. But I grabbed some snap shots of a mug I drew on (yesterday) with Sharpie's thanks to Pinterest for giving me the idea and a quick doodle and I mean super quick since I had to do it in like 12 seconds for my little brother (today), the one that wants to be an artist in his new sketchbook for him. (He wanted me to help him with the first page.)

For Christmas I wrapped my presents in boxes! No wrapping paper for me. But since it was just blank I thought I should draw a portrait of each of my siblings on their boxes.

(12.21.12) So last night I had a late night and finished this fun sketch of assorted Harry Potter figures on a hand. Basically you trace a hand and then draw people on it. (: See if you can see the hand.

(12.22.12) Tonight I am working on some sketches for a piece that I might be painting hopefully soon for a lady I met on the bus. She wanted it to be happy! (:

I think I made this sketch on Saturday. We were playing the game where someone writes something and then you draw it and then the next person writes what they think you drew... It is a fun game of like drawing telephone. This is one of my favorite sketches from the game.
